Summer Blanket Update

Since school started up again recently, I decided to picked back up on my summer school blanket. I think this will be the last row of blocks that I make for it. I think my blanket would probably look best if it were thicker but.....I've got other projects I want to work on. SO there!

This is my most recent design I added. I think it is sooo cute! I used 2 types of yarn for the sheep. I wanted it to be furry! This was the only design that I had a pattern for. I got the pattern from Easy Knitting Fall 2004.

Amanda's Flip top mittens

My friend Amanda had a birthday last week. I asked her what she wanted me to make her. She replied, "flip top mittens!" It took me a week to make them, so they are a little late. I don't think she'll mind though since it is still 90 degrees outside. ;)

So I went from being a crazy knitter to abruptly halting completely. I've been on break from school, and I went back to my home town to work a little.

Since I my hometown is about 8 times larger than where I live now, there are plenty of place to shop for yarn. And I did go a little crazy while I was up there. I bought more yarn for future hats. I also bought some of the yarn I need to make a blanket for my boyfriend. I found a great pic on the Internet and I want to make a blanket out of it. This is the link to the pic:

I am going to change it a bit and add "Zombie Jesus loves you." Because I just have to.

Finshed "Thingy"

Well here it is. I can't decide if I like it or not. I know I don't like where I put the buttons. They look too lopsided. And I can't decide which side I want the be the front and the back. And after looking at these pictures I'm pretty sure that I hate these pants. Hmmm...any ideas or opinions?
